Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    MUTV going with this lineup:

That'll probably be revised to a 4-2-3-1 with fellaini next to Blind and Mata between Jan and Di Maria, thats what I'd expect from Utd anyway.

Shouldn't affect the game in Manchester though, surely? Or would they wait for the away supporters?

And the home supporters, not even joking, it would have a big impact.

Swap Falcao for RVP and we're in business. Fellaini looked decent as a box to box against the mighty West Bromwich.

Ya, in losing a world class player in Falcao, potentially, they've got a world class replacement, no biggy really. :o

Quite a difference between the mighty West Brom and the mighty Chelsea it has to be said!

I reckon Costa is out if Izzy Brown and Solanke are both in the squad, 2 young strikers.

Both travelled, usually 20-odd players travel only 18 are picked for the match squad.

Same as what I predicted other then playing both Fellaini and Mata, would have thought it would be one or the other but I would be happy enough with that team with whats available

Wouldnt be absolutely shocked if he starts with Mata and Jan in the wider areas and Di Maria in his usual position though

I have no faith in RVP in the form he is at the moment. Hopefully he can find some form today but it's unlikely. I expect an easy Chelsea win. 3-1/3-0

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 25,953 ✭✭✭✭kryogen

RvP is playing better then he is given credit for, but I have no wish to get into that argument so close to kick off!

Really annoying to be without Falcao, I hope whoever kicked him in training got an almighty kick back from the rest of the team

Just saw a tweet saying Jones & Young also injured in training.WTF do they do there? MMA?

That's disappointing. Is Herrera injured? Glad Fellaini is playing, deserves a shot after the west Brom performance.

    So is the game delayed?

Seriously disappointed at no Falcao. Van Persie needs to really step up his general play today.

With or without Costa 3 1 to Chelsea I think. Hope I'm wrong though!

Hope Fellaini sits deep with Blind. Time to leave the thread before the **** storm begins. Enjoy!

Have you seen United's squad? I'd say Chelsea cant believe their luck that they have Januzaj there to knock off the ball so easily.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,796 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

Januzaj is a good young player but he has no business starting in this game.

Can only see a Chelsea win, would be better for the league if United win as Chelsea running away with it isn't too exciting a prospect.

United up against it with those lineups, even with Chelsea missing Costa. Fabregas needs to be sat on. Chelsea simply have a better team and should win but that doesnt always happen. Chelsea have to lose sometime, why not today!

  • Off to the pub. Here's hoping we get a result. Come on
