Tried watching stuff on Zeus at the weekend, unwatchable either in SD or HD. Buffering non stop. With an 80mb connection I was expecting better.

I just tried Zeus for the first time in the last 30 mins.

No buffering, but the quality is not suitable for sports or anything fast moving, at TV size pic (or PC monitor for that matter).

I suppose it might be good enough for something hand-held.

There should be a symbol to sync the sound on the top or bottom right, when you bring up the menu to stop/pause/forward etc in the add on.

Must be. I removed the source and tried reinstalling but it froze the box again? Weird

I installed Daffy's but keep getting a message when I try a VOD item ..... telling me to Enable Problem Resolver or such.

No luck doing so .....

I did everytime anyway, but haven't opened it. Just out of habit.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled it there and all working perfectly.

It initially seems to freeze when first opened for about 20 seconds, but after that it works perfectly.
On some older/slower devices that freeze period could seem like an eternity.

Sorry, I hadn't opened the wizard. That just seems to be other peoples Kodi builds. That will wipe your setup and install their version. If you have yours backed up, go for any of them.

Sometimes those builds can be pretty cool.

Nope, not going there

I thought it might be something to help with the errors I am seeing in the addon.

It doesn't really matter anyway .... lots of other alternatives to Daffy's VOD, such as Genesis, Yiffy, PrimeWire etc.

Streams are pretty good, and it is currently being updated daily (dead/better links etc.), although I can't imagine that will stay the norm for very long. Daily updates would be a bit much.

I installed that daffy repo easily enough but none of the streams will play.
Keep getting a message saying one or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details.

I had to restart Kodi to get anything to work here.
