I don't think drag shows will ever become mainstream.

The way politics work is when you see 100k people marching against an issue you immediately row back on the issue as quick as you can.

    Seriously

State of him. First Paul Galvin stuffing himself into poncey bad fitting clothes and thinking he's a fashionista.
And now this fella dressed as a mixture between a farmer and....and a.....and a eh I don't know what.

Oooooh. RTE are going to have to work hard on "balance" here tonight. Donal talking about this documentary, and Panti on later.

    Oh good god.

    The clothes.

Russel Brand is wearing a smart black jacket and a gleaming white shirt. Looks very well.

Then I turn to RTE and see this crazy mish mash of tweed jacket, check shirt, freaky little collar with studs(?) on it along with a mismatched ugly tie.

He didn't go far enough with the 9/11 stuff in my opinion... Something seriously dodgy about that ....

He should have went to Africa, lots of far more dodgy countries for gay rights that we give millions in aid each year to.

A RTE hobby horse, everyone has to support same sex marriage.

What about the middle east and there attitudes to gay people? That would of made a great show.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,444 ✭✭✭✭Skid X

Usually reliable sources told me this earlier
Coming up on the show this week Donal Óg Cusack and Simon Coveney will be in talk about the new initiative that they’re both supporting and have bonded over despite being from very different backgrounds.

    I'm still none the wiser.
