HD Media Player

I'm looking for a HD Media player to play mkv files, mp4 etc

An Android TV box or similar is unnecessary as our internet connection is just too slow to get use out of if.

So I'm looking for something that I can plug a usb key into that will play mkv or mp4

Is something like this OK?

I'm not looking to spend a fortune but if anyone can recommened something for no more than about €40 ish I'd be grateful.

Is this the kind of thing I can pick up in a bricks and mortar shop? Galway/Mayo area.

My setup:

PC with all my files on it ( a NAS will also work although on ly some supported)
Plex Media Server running on pc - (free) - https://plex.tv/

Plex on my phone and tablet to control it all (3 euro for the app...it is free every so often) This part is optional as it can all be controlled form the pc anyway.

Cheers. Ya, this is something I'll look into alright. Saw the Chromecast in Tesco for €40.
