Alien isolation bug

Anyone come across this bug and was able to fix it Have tried reloading and loading an earlier save doesn't work just wondering has anyone else got a fix for it Shin

Anyone come across this bug and was able to fix it
just after escaping in the ambulance back to Sevastopol instead of being back in the dock the game dumps you at a transit station with no idea what to do, long story short you need to get to comms to contact the torrens, you go up the comms elevator and when the doors open the right analog stick no longer works so you cant turn around just go sideways

Have tried reloading and loading an earlier save doesn't work just wondering has anyone else got a fix for it
