    In spite of Eircom being a communications company you do not make it very easy to raise a general issue with you.

    Is there no general email address for Eircom?

    You do not have any option on your switch "for an eircom rattling manhole cover that is driving people mad"
    so how is a person supposed to report this type of thing?

    I'm afraid there is no general email address for ourselves. 

    To report the manhole issue you call 1901 (option 0, 3, 1) They'll report this for you and organise an engineer to call out.

    1901 just gives music no options?
    The 1901 number is currently down at present, we are working on it and will have if resolved soon.
