Update work wardrobe - L/S dresses

I want to update my work wardrobe and am looking for long sleeve dresses, preferably in shift or pencil style. I've had a search online but can't find anything suitable. Any recommendations or suggestions?

It can be a pain to find long sleeved dresses where the sleeves aren't just lace the whole way down!
I'd recommend having a look in Dorothy Perkins, I would have never thought of looking there before but I have found some great dresses for work there (with sleeves!).
I know you can also get a little thing that goes on with any dress and kind of 'adds' sleeves if that make sense!

It wrecks my head that so few retailers stock long-sleeve dresses. Just who likes showcasing their arms in work?
My solution is to buy the sleeveless dress and then wear a long-sleeve top underneath. I pick up 3 thermal vests in Marks each autumn and use them. It's not quite right but at this stage they feel comfy and I feel decently dressed.

I'll have a browse in DP. I don't know why retailers won't do a couple of long sleeve dresses each winter.

The canopi thing sounds interesting and would save me forking out for new dresses

I've seen something similar to this in Dunnes recently for around €15 if looking a cheaper alternative.

I was in dunnes today and there are lots of gorgeous long sleeve shift dresses, couldn't believe how many as usually it is so hard to find them. Mostly around €30.

Had a look at Dorothy Perkins but all the long sleeve dresses I saw were lacy numbers and not really office appropriate for me.

Spotted a l/s tube dress on Next website that looked good but then I saw the back is quite low for office wear

I needed an update recently and like you I wanted long sleeve dresses for work. I searched "long sleeve dresses" on the House of Fraser website and ended up getting 4 long sleeve and 1 3/4 length sleeve dresses for about €150! They were all on sale and they're lovely!
