kitchen mixer tap

    Having trouble with a kitchen mixer tap leaking from hot side. Its cook & lewis brand bought in b&q just over two years ago so gaurantee just out. Went in there but of course they dont carry any spares. Opened unit in hotside and removed insert. Little red washer stayed inside. I retrived n it looked ok so reassembled but still leaks. Any advice. Is there another washer inside the red one? Do likes of heatmerchants carry spares for these or any other in limerick. Thanks in advance.

    i would maybe try a plumbing centre as they might have something to replace it with ,and think ahead buy a spare.
