FoneFix Ireland, any good?

Has anyone used fonefix ireland, based in sandyford? it seems they are the main repair centre used by a lot of manufacturers in ireland, but thier website is very sparse, cant contact them by phone ( only get electronic answer machine) so im reluctant to give them a phone just yet.
