I'm seeing a lot of people saying they're unhappy with how this forum is working and how quickly issues are being addressed.

You're right of course, we've slipped up with Site Dev and I intend to fix it.

I've spoken to the relevant parties here in the office about how we'll manage things from here on out and I'm now going to be managing this forum and submitting bugs to the tech team based on how high a priority I feel it is. Some of you may know, I have a background in software engineering and worked as a front and back end web dev for a long time, so I'm not a total muggle when it comes to this sort of thing :)

So, please accept our apologies for letting things slip here. We'll hopefully get things back up to normal acceptable levels of service ASAP.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
