My internet connection is up and down like a yoyo and I mean it goes down several times per hour. I think the modem might be too old for the speed of the line. Noise margin issue. Can you please check my line and also send me a new modem. This is making me crazy. Respond and I will pm my account number.

This has been going on for a few months now. Let me know what log files to send.

    HELP

    Hi percy212

I've run tests on your line and cannot identify a reason for the issues you are currently experiencing I'm sorry to say. There is no issue with your line externally and I do not see any faults. The best advice I can offer is to contact technical support directly on 1890260260 or via webchat: [font=Calibri","sans-serif]http://www.eircom.net/about/contact/ as they will be able to run further tests in working to a resolution to the connection loss.

    Thanks
    Al
