The problem with Cena is that he comes across as so fake. He takes any defeat and any failure with a shrug and a grin and says there's always next time, and when this is the guy who is one WWE World Title win away from equalling Ric Flair's record of World Titles won in major companies it has a knock on effect and makes your whole company look cheap, it makes you wonder why you should care about anything when the top guy in the company clearly doesn't care whether he wins or loses.
