    [font=arial, sans-serif]I switched to Electric Ireland online on the 10th of October 2014 and received an email confirmation quoting reference 10046077IK.  I have heard nothing since.  Can you confirm my switch to Electric Ireland and when can I register for the online account.[/font]

    Thanks for choosing Electric Ireland. A switch can take up to 20 working days to complete, but we'll check into how things are progressing for you if you private message us your electricity meter point reference number (MPRN) and confirm your name, address and telephone number.
