Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, my mam has a walker smart tv and we recently put some movies on a seagate portable harddrive for her. In the media player in her tv she can see, select and play the movies however about 15 minutes into watchingany movie they all just stop and it goes back to the main menu. I've checked the power setting on the harddrive and it is set to never power off. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks

Have you tried skipping forward past the 15mins to see if it will play?

Hi, tried that and no matter what point I start it from it times out after 15 minutes.

(This is from memory so sorry if its a bit garbled) - a friend has a Walker TV and some files didn't play and instead of playing the file accessed from the usb port I tried accessing the file through another menu and it played fine.

(this might not make any difference but have you tried putting the hardrive on an external power supply and then playing?)
