    Hi I'm switching to energia

I pay €112 flat fee every month.

I rang up and know my actual bill will be less and I'm owed money back.

How will I get credit back, cheque or credited into my bank account?

    Hi skydish,

    Thanks for your post.

If you've been paying your Electric Ireland bill by direct debit/equalizer, you would have a choice of either a cheque refund or an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) direct to your bank account.

Sorry to hear you're leaving - remember you'll always be welcome back. :) If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Regards,
    David
