    Decided to dedicate today to deadlifts. A first for me! No accessory work today, just a quick workout.

    Deadlifts:
    1x100kg
    1x110kg
    1x120kg
    1x130kg

    Bench:
    3x3x90kg
    1x25x50kg (just to work on form)

    The strangest thing was from 100kg up all of the lifts felt the exact same, despite each lift being a new PR for me. I think I can actually lift more than I did. I took my shoes off and I felt my form was much better. I went for a few sprints after, no back pain whatsoever which is great. Also new PR for bench, edging closer to 100kg :D
