    hi lads, just wondering why the cinema was closed for the few weeks a month back, ive heard it was getting an imax screen but ive been in recently and didnt see anything to suggest they got one in

    Better projectors were being installed.

    The "imax" screen is on the cards down the line.

    As someone who remembers when all we had a 1 screen cinema, having an 8-screen cinema with digital yadda yadda, is very very cool. Perspective is everything though.

    If you are an O2 customer, sign up to Priority moments on their website and you can get cinema tickets for €5 Sunday - Wednesday. They send you a code to your phone & you just show at the cinema.
