He's not, rarely even attempts a cross. He either cuts in to shoot on his left, dragging it wide to the right, or he stops and turns back when he reaches a crossing position.

I really don't see it. He's always getting caught out of position when he does get forward and when he does have possession, he's cutting inside into danger and more often than not losing the ball.

Why would we cross? It's not like we have a forward to attack a cross with a header. We rely on working the ball into shooting positions.

I'd rather have the ball go into the box than have our fullbacks shooting from outside it. The goal midweek came from our striker attacking a cross.
