Check the IMEI on http://www.imei.info, this will tell you the make and model of the device that should correspond with the IMEI. Not 100% (they could have cloned it from a Lumia 820) but it's a start.

comes back as a nokia 820. The testing in the labels doesnt seem to be clear and sharp. Theres no Nokia warranty sticker on the back of the box either. Finally the there is a little chinese sticker inside the battery bay saying "yilang"
It works fine though!
