App and website different balance same account

    Had a balance on my credit card of 500, paid it off on Friday.
    Checked my balance on the app this morning, all clear, balance 0.
    On the website a few minutes ago, the balance was showing 500.
    Rechecked the app straightaway, and it shows all clear again, 0.

    Are there 2 different systems?

    We would advise calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and allow a representative to look into this further for you. With full account access, a colleague can check your balance and payment details for you. 
    Our colleagues are available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
