    Hi all
    I am building a 2000 sq/ft mInImum house bungalow and was wondering what rates to expect for:

    Electrician
    Plumber
    Plaster
    carpenter

    All help needed

    You have no spec there, so impossible to price.

    You need a plan for each trade to get accurate prices.

    One plumber could quote 1k cheaper than the other plumber to only later find out that he is using smaller rads, less efficient boiler etc etc

    I'd have a QS look at that for you, they will give you a more accurate price.
