I collected seeds from daisys - long tall ones.

When is the best time to plant them?

If you think about it, the wild dog daisies propagate themselves by scattering seed on the ground when it has dried on the stalk. And they grow. If you want to grow them in pots for planting out, still it would be about now, but don't overheat them and let them grow in their own time. Or you could wait till spring. I don't think it really matters :-)
