I want to rent a house with 2 other people...

    We have the money to rent the house but none of us work. I go to college, one of my friends attend a course and one is on the dole. We have the money for rent of this house and we worked out the cost of living etc... but we're just wondering would we have any chance of getting an apartment?

    Two of us are 18 and the other guy is 19...

    Honestly as a landlord Id see you as a huge risk and wouldn't take it. Have you references? How will you all pay if not working and in college etc.
