Just had a cold call from your evision folks as we have efibre etc

We are currently not on DD and you (unlike Sky) don't allow DD to plastic

Turns out that we can't go evision as we don't have a DD with you and have absolutely no intention of doing so

Your cold calling salesman (for he was male) then indicated that DD was going to be forced on people who didn't have it

    True or false?

    Hi davork

Yes it is mandatory that all customers signing to efibre/evision are required to pay by Direct Debit.

    Thanks

    Hi davork

Since launch of efibre Direct debit has been mandatory when signing up for the service. This also applies to existing eircom customers signing up to efibre.

    Thanks
    Al

    Hi davork

I can confirm eircom will not force existing customers on to direct debit.

    Thanks
    Al
