    Hi,

    We recently moved house, having finally got our phone line and broadband installed I now need to get our bills sorted as they cover time periods where we were not connected.

    Can I PM someone please.

    Yes, PM received, there have been a number of measures taken on your account to reflect the delays, I think it would be best to discuss if you would like to PM a mobile number and good time to call you?
