    Absolutely delighted with today's run. Really didn't believe I had it in me but my wife said would I not just try so gave it a lash.
    My first sub 1:30 in the second half too so delighted with that,previous Pb 1:32:xx.
    Never got near the sub 3 pacers and actually thought at mile 25 after clocking a 7:29 mile that sub 3 was gone but had miscalculated. In hindsight if I'd realised it was so close blah blah blah but after crossing the line all I could do was smile, the exact time didn't matter, I still felt that I'd achieved my goal.
