    Hello,

    I got home phone and eFibre installed on Tuesday, the connection ranges between 20mbps and 37mbps this is fine as I was told that the max in my area would was 50mbps. However when I try to download a file from the web I am getting a download speed of 12kbps so a 116mb file is due to take nearly 3 hours. I also downloaded a 54 minute episode with my Sky Plus box and it took several hours, how can this be the case? I have run speed tests and everything as I said is working albeit with the varying speeds mentioned above but when I go to download anything it is taking ages. Any help would be appreciated.
