For all the talk of United lacking in defense and have so much up front it's not working all over the field.

There's no solid unit in the team until we have a proper starting 11 week in week out that's what's gonna happen.

I like Januzaj but I haven't been impressed by him at all today so far. Lots of possession but not doing much at all with it. Have to be careful with the counter attacks.

Finding Rooney and Carrick really, really slow in the center, taking ages to decide to pass the ball to each other. No attempts at carving up the opposition. Januzaj and Valencia offer nothing down the right. Shaw has been good.

Need to get Rooney away from chance "creation" and Januzaj off the wing....

Yeah, the difference in breaking on a team that are pushed forward all game than on a team that are holding back.

Pretty awful stuff from is so far. The build up play is just too slow, the tempo needs to be increased.
Janazai needs to be switched to the other wing or just taken off. He is having no affect on the game.

Someone needs to actually beat a man rather than just passing, whether it be quick or slow. RvP has no movement up front so the centre backs for Palace are having a nice easy day of it. Because they are not being stretched at the back they can afford to get very tight and make it impossible to break them down. Maybe Wilson can move them around a bit more, maybe even move Rooney right up there and tell him to get down the channels and move people around. What's going on in midfield is they have loads of possession but they don't see enough movement ahead of them to make spaces to pass through. And they are not running at pace straight through, which with the yellow cards accumulating for Palace must be worth a shout. It might make RvP move his arse if DiMaria, Januzaj etc is barrelling towards him

See problem with Adnan is he doesn't look to bring anyone into the game it's as if he gets it and slows down the play and looks to do it all himself.

There's been no end product to his game this season he's selfish but not even in a good way.

Palace pushed forward at one stage towards the end of the half and Utd had a chance to break which ended up with RVP turning a defender and himself inside
out with the subsequent corner from Di maria...

United don't look like a team that will go out and scare other teams these days.

There's no guarantee that we will win any games which is basically not the level we should be at.

A Chelsea or City or even a Southampton this season would be one or two up at half time there.

There's no unit in that team it's a different system and players every week.
