In fairness they'd usually be a hand in the pocket not getting their lad out for all to see. You'd learn the signs after a while, and anyone who specifically went to one of the corner PC's was under suspicion.

I pay 10e a month for a decent VPN so I can use US Netflix...and eh.....well...yeah...just for Netflix really...most of the time.

Picked this up over the weekend for 3.49 on CDkeys. Must have been a glitch on the website. It should have been reduced down to 34.99 but appeared as 3.49. Not sure what to make of it yet but playing mostly as Solider 49. Im not a huge fan of online only games but this sure is slick as hell. Anybody any tips for a beginner...

Stick with Soldier 76 for now, he's the most run and gun FPS Joe character.

Its a team game, you won't get too far playing 1v6, try to hang out with teammates whenever possible.

Learn new characters, play for a bit and switch it up, Winston was a running joke in my group for 4 months, he's now my main. So try new characters again and over as your game sense improves.

Positioning is vital, far more important than being able to aim well. I've seen players 2 tiers below me (im in a low tier) with better aim than I.

Kill the mercy first.

Knowing how to play a DPS, Tank and Healer is pretty handy, don't be a one trick who can only play DPS for example. See Sean's stories above for examples of one tricks who are useless if their main gets taken.

Just play quickplay and arcade for first 20-50 levels before you venture into the hell that is comp

i rushed my friends into comp when they got to level 25 and i shouldn't have, the struggle to get out of bronze is real. If you're generally good at fps game syou should be fine though

I don't really think you learn anything in quickplay/arcade though. Better off getting straight into comp at lvl 25.

Gonna miss Junkensteins Revenge when it goes. Didn't play much the first time round, but played a lot this time. It's helped my Mc Cree and Ana playing a good bit too.

Gonna do placements on both accounts today. I want one account to go down to silver and hopefully keep the other in plat...so will play Ana on one and mercy on the other. Looking forward to lots of "change Ana to mercy plz" messages

The white case folds open and is held closed with magnets, there's a hardback book with a Tracer plastic sleeve, there are three prints in hardback covers.

To be honest it's a bargain at the £54 I paid for it. The price tag on the back says $100.

ooft, that's a shame. I played 8 so far, 4W/4L. Pretty much standard comp. We were unlucky in one game, the other 3 were just outclassed, people not switching and no mercy, which is instant loss almost.

I lost 9 with one account and only lost 100sr on it so I wouldn't be too worried about them

Played 4 lost three last night, but man that one we won at the end made me forget the three losses.

Attacking on Horizon and Team mix is ok, but it was one of those weird games where no one is on coms but everyone just links up. We steam rolled the first point and took the second point at the second attempt. On defend Lost the first point quickly but held second for four minutes so had a 3:30 advantage going into over time. We take first point and cant get second.

My god it was Helms deep stuff on that first point defence. Mercy zipping left to right, Rein's shield is everywhere, out junkrat is flying through the air raining hell down. It was beautiful. Exactly what you want Overwatch to be, where you have two teams going move and counter move.

You know, when i get a widow on my team, which was quite a bit yesterday, you kind of think, theyre also platinum, so give them the benefit of the doubt that theyre going to be of use. But as far as I remember I lost all of those games. Quite often even if she got one pick it's not enough for us to roll through a defense line, where as if it was a character getting a pick is also providing healing/shielding etc you're much more likely to win imo. I dont keep track of who killed who during a game though so I'm really not sure if she's to kicking ass or not but they're always the games im most likely to lose

I can see the attraction to using her though I imagine I need to get closer to diamond to see less of her on random maps

Even at diamond and master you won't see her that often in my experience, she's just not as viable as other heroes for reliable DPS.
Particularly in this current Mercy meta, a single quick pick isn't as useful when it can be instantly negated twice a minute.

That being said i've seen her used on Illios Ruins to good effect, Hanamura second point etc.

Obviously i'm on console so she's tricky enough to play at the best of times.

Jump when you see him aiming down, I rarely get scattered these days, just jump like a madman when you're in close range. It'll get you killed med-long range though

Last season I played nearly 12 hours of Ana, got into plat.. mercy rework happened.. fell out of plat, went back to hog zayra (most hours in previous seasons are on those two) got back into plat end of the season. Still doing placements!
