Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

City have been muck so far, QPR are first to every ball.

2nd one that was ruled out was bizarre, took Hart a few seconds to cop on before he shouted he hit it twice.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,920 ✭✭✭Sugarlumps

City can't even string a few passes together.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

As a QPR fan, I'm disappointed we didn't take all three points there.

On the plus side, at least that Keith Barry twat was wrong.

8 points behind Chelsea is not ideal but is very manageable. Kun Kun bailing the team out again. Silva's and Kompany's returns cannot come quick enough

We'll see. With the way both teams are playing the gap is only going to get bigger.

Uhm it's November....if it's the same story in 4/5 months then okay. But even United could win the league...okay maybe not United but you get my point, it's way to early in the season. Literally anything can happen.

^^ This just proves anything can happen. Chelsea are looking good and City are looking poor but there's still too much football to be played to get excited. If Chelsea think they've one hand on the title already then they'll fail miserably.

Barclays Premier League table on 1 December 2013.
    P GD Pts
    1 Arsenal 13 17 31
    2 Liverpool 12 11 24
    3 Chelsea 12 11 24
    4 Everton 13 8 24
    5 Newcastle 13 1 23
    6 Man City 12 22 22
    7 Southampton 12 8 22
    8 Man Utd 12 5 21
    9 Tottenham 12 -3 20
    10 Aston Villa 13 -1 16
    11 Swansea 12 1 15
    12 West Brom 13 -1 15
    13 Hull 12 -6 14
    14 Norwich 13 -12 14

Arsenal collapsed and dropped points against all the teams around them, Chelsea won't collapse and have already played the big away games.

Chelsea aren't Arsenal and Mourinho isn't Wenger.

Of course yeah but lads it's bloody November. Fabregas/Costa/Matic/whoever could get a season ending injury and f*ck up Chelsea's momentum and it could all fall apart as easy as that. Football is a strange game lads. Chelsea are looking spot on but it's way too early to speculate anything. Does that mean Southampton are a shoe in for 2nd place? Of course not.

I'll say it again. Southampton aren't Chelsea and Ronald Koeman isn't Mourinho.

    Just watched it in MOTD.

Amazing how the ref could spot Harte touching the ball twice from 50 yards away and disallow Austen's goal for QPR, yet not notice the offside and handball that led to City's first goal.

    QPR were robbed today.

On Sky's half time coverage they showed the linesman closest to Hart shouting "double hit", so it was probably he who called it, not the ref.

Surprised the lads on MOTD didn't pick up on it.
