    Hi!

    Can anybody suggest pitfalls or things to watch out for when buying a house in Spain?

    We are an Irish family living and working in Spain and are looking at buying a gaf to live here. Not in an urbinastion / complex.

    That it has permission. Property programmes like property from hell come to mind.
