Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pocchettino is a prime example of a manager who has been promoted beyond the level of their abilities and Daniel Levy a prime example of the clueless moneymen who now control England's major clubs.Bet he wishes he'd
    appointed Ronald Koeman !

and this jibe is expected to sustain a thread is it?

I would still consider pochettino a good manager
I would consider levy the root of all spurs problems.

Something is gonna have to give at Spurs, you can't just keep sacking the managers.

Pocentino started well just like koemen has started well just like laudrup done well etc... Lets see how koemen does over a decent period of time.

Seems to be, that and the director of football, recruitment and scouting, which was clearly excellent at Southampton, not so much at Spurs.

Hard to say as regards Pocchetino after just one window, if he could go back to Southampton and get Schneiderlin and Rodriguez, it could change everything, regardless of DOF.

Issues could be related to Franco Baldini

No...Spurs key problem is they have half a dozen or more players with no character. Overpaid wastes of space like Adebayor who pick up massive pay checks and don't try a leg. People derided Tim Sherwood last season when he went on those rants, but he was just calling it like he saw it. Too many players at Spurs stealing a living.

Levy is part of the problem as well.

And Koeman did the sum of SFA at bigger clubs such as Valencia (whom he nearly got relegated) and Benfica. What makes you think he'd do anything at Spurs?

Sherwood's first port of call was to get Adebayor straight in the team

The "jibe",as you describe it, is a throwaway remark and not the main point of the thread.

Daniel levy believing his own hype that he is this master wheeler dealer is the main problem.
Baldini is a ****e director of football doesn't help.

Joke club they will never amount to anything.

That would be my take on it too . Spurs need to let the manager do his job because he is a very good and capable manager .

This. Every team involved in European competition (except Chelsea) is struggling in the league this season. After Christmas the European games will thin out and the usual suspects will rise up the table.
