cancelling if its not sorted soon

    This is the last time i am asking to get this sorted before i cancel.

    Im on a 24mb package but i think its synced at 17mb. I cant stream anything , i cant play online games, i cant do anything with the speeds im actualy getting . There has been numerous technitions out and they tell me everything is fine, well its clearly not fine. Why cant it be sorted ?

    As i said above i will be leaving eircom if this isnt sorted soon. Id like to stay with ye but im not dealing with this anymore , paying for something and getting less than a 1/4 of it

    Just read threw that there but my broadband has been giving trouble over a year now
