Best value phone/plan for calls and texts only?

Hi too much bad luck with smart phone's, loosing them primarily. Going to revert to a basic phone for now, possibly a very cheap Nokia, without data. What's the best plan? I've heard of Lycra? or 24'? or e-mobile? Thanks Sarah

Just for calls - would it be the €10 pm plan?

My dad still gets free network to network calls but he is paying alot for other calls.
