Know nothing of the actual buildings but if you have to cross that bridge at rush hour be prepared for a long wait. Easily 30 minutes delay if using car.

Literally all i hear people complain about over there. Apart from that its generally a nice spot to live.

I lived in Rockshire House (Apt 4, Block 4). This was back in 2008 when i first moved down. Grand place, quiet, never heard any other occupants. Could probably do with a bit of modernisation if it's still the same as it was when i was there. But, aside from travellers stealing a car stereo from a car i was waiting to sell, never had any bother there.

The only issue I could see in Cellar court is lack of parking. It takes me 20 mins to walk from Cellar court to Boots in town though, If you have to beat the traffic at 8:30.

Maybe 10 years ago. Never longer than 10-15 mins anytime in the morning now and I'm doing if for the last 15 years.
