It was on Public Jobs for the bones of a month. I chanced on the competition just by logging onto Public Jobs myself. It was not internal it is an open competition. That is why I am really surprised that there does not seem to be much talk about it?

Likewise, I happened upon it entirely by chance. Normally I hear about these things well in advance of the closing date, but I only saw it a day or two before applications closed.

Ditto a few days before as well. What did you think 🀔 of the form took me a good few hours to get around it!

I've done a few similar ones on the past, so I had most answers ready to go. Still took me a while to polish them up though, especially my People management answer. :|

I know sure. I had to add in a couple of new points as had more examples to add. I found the People management question hard but just tryed to answer it competency based.

Sorry, can't answer the last question about Longford!

Just got a message on my Public Jobs message board saying that they're finalizing the shortlists and interviews should start in late June. If interviews are due to start in June, I'd imagine we'll get our shortlist results fairly soon.

I received the same message as you. Wonder if there were many applicants?:

Only made it to the reserve panel. Sucks balls cause I thought I had enough to get an interview. Ah well. Best of luck to everyone that got through!

I got a later message after a few hours telling me I was on the reserve panel for the Infrastructure stream. Probably why I didn't get it all in one go.

Honestly I'm surprised I got an interview for Software Development, but reserve for the Infrastructure. I thought it would be the other way around if at all. So who knows how it works.

I also don't remember if there was any indication of how long the panel was to last. You might yet get called! ^_^
