Webpages not loading until I move the mouse

This has started happening suddenly on my laptop. I am using firefox but it is happening on Chrome also. I go to a webpage but the screen just freezes until i move the mouse. It is particularly bad on videos as I have to keep the mouse constantly moving while I'm trying to wa......tch a video on youtube. :D Anyone any…
