Incorrect Funds transfered to Credit Card

    Hi BOI,

    Hoping you can answer my question -

    I wanted to transfer €200 from Current A/C to Credit Card via mobile banking from my phone unfortunately an unnoticed extra zero was added (2000)?

    Can I cancel the transaction which happened an hour ago.

    The transaction can't be cancelled, to discuss having the additional funds returned please contact Credit Card services on 0818251251 or 00353567757303 and a colleague will happily help you.
