Looking for House cleaning/organizing help

Hi, I am looking for a service or individual that would help organize, tidy and clean a house that looks like a pretty big mess right now, and the occupants are unable to take care of things at the moment. Its just a one time job. Has anyone had any luck with hiring someone for this sort of thing?
