    Hi, I switched both gas and electricity to EI a few weeks ago but have not received my account numbers yet. Can anyone help by PM please?

    Switching can take up to 20 working days. We'll be happy to check the progress of the switch for you - just PM your full name, contact number, address, the MPRN and/or GPRN of the property, and the switch reference number if you it handy.
