    Tend to do just the odd 10 minutes but am meeting a mate on Thursday for a longer run.
    The 2 of us are planning on running the length of Glenveagh in June so need to start training.

    Really struggled with the squats tonight for some reason.

    Actually struggled to get back up on the last rep at 100 am thinking going back to 80/90 with higher reps may be a good idea if I can get 10 reps of that 5 at a 100 will hopefully be easier.

    Have no idea if thats how it works but have to try something.

    Had to take a break due to a sore back took it easy today so

    Chest fly machine

    4x5x60kg.

    Bench Press
    5x5x40kg

    Lat Pulldown Machine
    Narrow grip 1x5x55kg
    Medium width grip 1x5x55kg.
    Wide grip 3x5x55kg.

    Tricep pushdown
    5x5x22.5kg

    Will go back to normal with squats on Monday.

    Back at it tonight and really enjoyed it.Stepped back 10kg on the squat my main focus is losing weight strength and size can come later.

    3 sec pause(tacked it on the end because I could)
