Hi wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I brought my HTC in to vodafone for repair today as the screen is smashed, but after they tried to get two sims working in my old windows phone and failed to do so, i asked for the HTC back, as I need the phone for work.

They then configured a nano sim, and put it in the HTC, but couldn't get that recognised either, so now I've no service. (they tried two nano sims) So they suggested that I go home and leave the phone switched off for half an hour and see if it worked.

It hasn't, so now I've no phone, and am wondering if there is anything I can try to get it working?
