Direct Debit Delays?

    Is there a delay in taking Direct Debits this month? It was due on 3 November and hasn't been taken yet. However my balance owed on "My eircom" has been showing as €0.00 for over a week.

    I haven't heard of any general delay with the taking of Direct Debits this month. However if you PM me the Account no. I will look into your own individual case.
