Slow speeds, advertising uncongested broadband even though its congested, at peak times internet barely usable, terrible customer service, DNS issues with websites barely loading or not loading at all.

Is it time to get this sorted? Can government intervene, Can we get eircom to cop ontpo themselves and stop fobbing off customers?

Would a petition actually do anything or will eircom continue to get away with murder?

    Hi starvinm

Please follow this link to an announcement made on the issues you have raised:

    http://community.eircom.net/t5/Service-Updates-and/Response-to-customer-posts-on-recent-broadband-speeds-queries/td-p/83939

I'm hoping we have more news on this next week however in the meantime I highly recommend contacting technical support say that the can run some tests to rule out any other possible reasons for your issues.

    Thanks
    Al
