LED dimmer switch stopped dimming

They worked perfectly initially but then the lights wouldn't dim anymore in one or more of the rooms.
Went back to the electrical wholesaler and he replaced the modules in the dimmer switch and they worked for a while again and eventually stopped dimming after a number of weeks. They didn't all go at the same time.
I've had the module replaced in all 3 now with some repeat failures.

Any ides whats wrong?
