Conference call services

We use internal conf lines at work but on occasion I can't use them so will need an outside service as a backup. I googled "free conference call ireland" and a bunch of sites shows up. Is there a particular one that's good? I'd rather not pay anything extra other than the call itself. Skype isn't an option here, we don't…

Skype isn't an option here, we don't always have computers or smartphones.

I'm with vodafone and have a thread in their forum to check if I can use them.
