Studying abroad after a year or 2.

    I'm 17 and I don't know how one goes about applying for studying abroad after completing 1 or 2 years in DCU. I'm in 5th year and want this sorted quickly and aim towards it.
    I heard it's possible to complete a period of time and transfer to the same course somewhere else?
    I want to study Psychology here and don't want to rule out moving to the Netherlands after a year or two, is this possible?
