    The law says:
    (n) notify in writing the landlord of the identity of each person (other than a multiple tenant) who, for the time being, resides ordinarily in the dwelling.

But can anyone tell me what 'for the time being, resides ordinarily in the dwelling' means? At what point does that apply to a guest visiting me? I'm just looking for some rule of thumb between what a visitor is verse ordinary resident.

    One week? Visitor?
    One month? Visitor?
    Two months? etc....

If you were a landlord, at what point would you expect the tenant to notify you?

What does your lease say? Most leases will specify eg more than 3 days.

OP you already have an active thread on this issue. Do not open multiple threads on the same issue.
