Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if anyone knows the number latest generation of the iPod Touch. I want to check it before I buy.

Also I'd be interested to know if anyone knows when there will be a new generation announced.

    Thanks in advance.

The 5. You can get decent prices on them now because they're 2 years old.

The consensus on the tech blogs etc is that there won't be another one announced, given how much time has passed without any update. I just sold mine because iOS 8 made it much slower. The iPhone has just naturally become the dominant product.

Apple could announce one next year, who knows.

Thanks jaymcg91. That's really helpful. It's for my 10 year old for Christmas - she is way too young for the iPhone.

    I've reserved a 64g in Argos for €259.:D
