Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heading home from a cycle this morning here in Athlone and a seriously powerful Porsche Cayenne passed me. I never heard such a burble from a car, sounded seriously powerful, very wide arches, huge low profiles, etc. it was a UK or Northern reg and it had a badge across the front of the bonnet saying Exclusive.
Anyone know what this might be?

    There's a 4.8 v8 turbo.

It could have been fettled with by a tuning company. There are various ones that will make the hideous porsche cayenne even more ghastly if you give them a big pile of cash.

    Edit: example

I have a couple of pics of a range rover I took a couple of weeks ago with "exclusive" written across the front and back with some red highlights. A fecking RR (not even vogue) how the feck could it be exclusive

Evoque is three times cheaper so a fecking RR is more exclusive than the others:D

Even a factory Cayenne sounds mean.

Here each morning at 7am all the other Novartis workers drive in past my window and its just a soundtrack of straight 6's and v8's for about 20mins.

For a country Top Gear showed as not liking cars, there are fast ones everywhere, they love their cars here.

Was stuck behind a land rover invincible recently and that was far from invincible judging by the oh so gingerly attempts to transverse minor speed bumps. A 90 year old nun recovering from major surgery would have made better progress in a wheelchair.

Always thought the audi "1.4 Sport... Ambition" was a fairly honest name.

Ha I thought he meant novartis ringaskiddy. I was thinking there wasn't that many interesting cars when I was working down that way and that was at the height of the boom.
